ThreeD®- Dynamic Design 3Dimension
Chains of the Future
Through precision forged process, 3D shape with reduced volume in the outer perimeter/minimizing stress enables a balance between strength and lightness. Furthermore, significant enhancement in transmission efficiency has been achieved by improving the precision of each parts and assembly accuracy.

520MXR
Improved wear resistance due to CHR treatment on the pins. Special treatment prevents plate bending caused by wear due to soil and sand.(ie off-road).
EK’s exclusive CRH pin treatment provides an extremely hard outside coating and softer inside to increase strength and reduce chain wear. The Chromium Carbide pin surface coating also offers superior impact and shock absorption while reducing oxidation caused by natures elements.
